FetchKids has been a Game-Changer!
FetchKids has been a game-changer for the dismissal process of our after school program. Because parents can pick up their kids at any time within a 3 hour window, knowing when parents are coming has enabled us to have their child ready when they arrive saving everyone a lot of time and energy. The parents have provided overwhelming positive feedback on the efficiency of using the app. My late stay staff has reported they appreciate knowing when a child is getting picked up so they can assist the child in finishing homework, packing up or completing a task before leaving. There have also been times where it was incredibly helpful to have a record of who picked up a child. FetchKids’ staff has been helpful, professional and reacts to our questions/need for help in a very timely manner.

The ease! When parents use the app the way they are supposed to, we can have the kids ready to walk right out the door as soon as the parents pull up. Overall, I wish this was something we had sooner. The ease of the app, for us and the parents, having the kids ready to leave when the parents get here, so they are not having to wait, has been fantastic!

Love that we are able to see when parents are on their way to pick up students and that there is a direct messaging system to parents. Also love how easy the parent app is for them to use. The cost is also a big advantage. It’s very affordable.

It allows for a safe pick up and drop off experience for both the staff, children, and parents. It is highly accurate and it has several secure privacy practices that give owners and parents comfort.

Before we started using FetchKids, our phones were ringing off the hook. Now, the phone isn’t ringing and we know in advance when the parents are arriving. It’s led to a reduction in labor devoted to fielding calls from parents and it’s made it much easier for our staff. Now, the children are ready to go as soon as the parent arrives. No more calls and no more waiting. It’s been very helpful for us.
